By accessing MarginMove, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Service Description

MarginMove provides AI-powered ecommerce profit calculations and market intelligence. Calculations are estimates based on publicly available platform fee data and should not be taken as financial advice.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You must be 18 years or older to create an account.

4. Credits & Payment

Credits are non-refundable once used
Unused credits do not expire
Payments are processed via Razorpay (India) or PayPal (International)
Free credits are provided at signup for new accounts only

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use MarginMove to: violate any laws, scrape or automate requests, resell our data, or attempt to reverse-engineer our platform.

6. Data Accuracy

Platform fee data is researched manually and updated regularly. MarginMove does not guarantee the accuracy of calculations and is not liable for business decisions made based on our tools.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, code, and design on MarginMove is owned by MarginMove. You may not copy or reproduce any part without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

MarginMove is provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of our platform.
